All the breakfast necessities were provided. The rooms were excellent in both size, comfort and cleanliness. Everything to make your stay feel at home. There was nothing about the property we didn’t like.

We had a wonderful stay in Richmond. The place was peaceful and relaxing, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect. What really made it special were all the thoughtful little touches that made us feel so welcome. We truly loved it and would happily come back.

It was a cozy house in the beautiful town, Richmond, so we decided to extend our stay by one more day to enjoy it a little longer. The hosts even prepared a small surprise for us at the entrance and displayed a big welcome message on the TV, such a thoughtful touch!
Also the house had everything we need!

This has been my favourite location so far on my travels in Australia and Tasmania. The house was comfy, well stocked with basics for breakfast, good selection of crockery and glassware etc. I really enjoyed sitting out on the deck and listening to the birds. If you have a dog, this home is well equipped. Host was friendly and always responded to us. Was sorry to leave. We suggested that a couple more towels for hair etc might be nice, but honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like.

Place is spacious, spotless and close enough to the town centre. The whole family loved it!
